The space
This is a one of kind space- the basement does have a low clearing, this maybe an issue for those that are over six feet tall. However, most of the living space has tall and open ceilings. The master is located downstairs, a twin at the bottom of the stairs (not in an enclosed room), and one twin bed is located upstairs.

Guest access
The entire house is yours to use while renting. Feel free to use anything like it’s your own, during your stay. The property is surrounded by a fence and has a small patio area as well.

No parties-
We have zero tolerance for parties and the neighbors don’t put up with it.
